What's Included In The Subscription?

The annual subscription gives you access to the DigiBoard 360 service and free apps. The subscription enables you to preview, edit, customize and publish your digital content.

What type of TV is recommended?

Any 1080p HDTV will work with DigiBoard 360. To maximize the impact of your digital content we suggest a TV at least 42” or larger. We advise the use of LCD or LED backlit LCD TVs to avoid burn-in and image retention possible with plasma and other technologies.

What type of Internet connection is needed?

You must be able to connect to the internet through wireless or LAN via an ethernet cable.

Are a keyboard and mouse required for initial activation?

Yes, a keyboard and mouse are required for initial activation. A keyboard and mouse are not included with your purchase, but you may use any keyboard and mouse on hand to activate.

Is there an activation fee?

The initial activiation fee is included with the purchase of the DigiBoard 360 box (hardware) at no additional cost. However, if you cancel your service, or let your subscription lapse, you will be charged a $150 reactivation fee. Subscriptions do not automatically renew, but you will be sent a reminder 30 days prior to expiration to access the control panel to renew.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription, but the annual subscription fee is non-refundable.
